Taliah Keane is a trauma and empowerment coach. She utilises healing and transformational modalities such as NLP, Emotional Change Technique (ECT) Hypnotherapy, Breathwork, Nature, Conscious Music, Dance/ Movement, and Higher Truths to help heal, empower, awaken and remind my fellow brothers and sisters of their true greatness. And to step into their Higher Selves and create and live out their dream reality.
What propelled you to want to become a coach?
From a very young age, I have been awake to higher truths in life and with that higher knowledge and wisdom, I have always done my best to share it and the love with my fellow brothers and sisters.
I’ve continuously done my own learning, growing, healing and transformation work whilst being of loving and helpful service where I can.
I’ve travelled for years sharing the love and positive vibes with whomever I crossed paths with. However, COVID events have led me to be bound to Australia for the last couple of years, and with that; I read the signs that it was time to step up more. It was time to get into some form of work that would allow me to have a bigger reach to the people. I was tossing up between studying Youth Work (which I did volunteer work for years), Social Work, and Spiritual Counseling.
And as the Divine would have it, I was led to NLP coaching. So here I am now as a Trauma and Empowerment Coach after having done my Masters in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Change Technique (ECT), and Hypnotherapy. I’m ready more than ever to continuously be out here to help heal and empower as many people as I can.
Being a coach means that you meet lots of people from different walks of life. Is there a specific (anonymous) client story that you’d be proud to share with us?
Yes, being a coach and a traveler, I have indeed met lots of beings from all walks of life. This has been a blessing as it’s given me the opportunity to learn and grow more deeply about myself. As Eric Allen said : “Everyone is my teacher. Some I seek. Some I subconsciously attract. Often I learn simply by observing others. Some may be completely unaware that I’m learning from them, yet I bow deeply in gratitude.”
One of my high school friends that I reconnected with became a client of mine and mine of hers (she is an amazing Reiki Healer). Before the coaching, she had been failing to see and own her own greatness and healing abilities. After a few weeks of coaching, she started owning all of her beauty and power and has now started to attract more and more people who are in need of her beautiful healing work. Bless. Bless her.

Can you share a little more about what NLP is and why you love it so much?
NLP is Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
1) Neuro : The Mind and the Nervous System, through which we process our experience :
- Visual (V)
- Auditory (A)
- Kinaesthetic (K)
- Olfactory (O)
- Gustatory (G)
2) Linguistic: Language systems, words, the way we code, create order, and meaning in our neural representations.
- Pictures
- Sounds
- Feelings
- Tastes
- Smells
- Self Talk (AD)
3) Programming: The ability to uncover and use the programs we run internally including all communication with our mind, body, and spirit to achieve our desired outcomes and create through choice, our own reality.
That is NLP! And what I love most about it is how it’s a powerful healing and transformational modality that incorporates mind, body, and soul. Bless.
What is one big life lesson that you’ve learned?
A big life lesson that I have learned is to always live in love (Those who live in Love, live in God and God in them). Keep the faith and to keep persevering in life. To trust and know that I am always being divinely guided, protected, and loved and that everything is always working out for my highest good.
What is the one life philosophy that you live by, regardless of what life throws at you?
One life philosophy that I live by, is that regardless of what I go through in life is that everything – every single experience that I go through, no matter “good” or “bad” is for the evolution of my own state of consciousness. And that Jah will never give I more than I&I can bear.
