Building Success From The Inside Out

It’s often said that financial success starts with budgeting, cutting expenses, and working with a financial planner or perhaps also skipped the latte. But what if that’s not the truth?

Meet Yuliana Francie, a CPA qualified financial strategist who managed $450M businesses by the age of 27 and scaled her own e-commerce brand to $20K weeks within three months of launching. On paper, she had it all, prestige, power, and profit. But beneath the surface, something was missing. No matter how much money she made, she found herself trapped in a cycle of feast and famine, unknowingly imposing a glass ceiling on her own wealth.

Her breakthrough didn’t come from another financial strategy—it came from mastering the energetics of wealth. After over a decade of deep personal and spiritual transformation, she cracked the code: Sustainable success and effortless prosperity come from inner alignment, not just outer action.

Today, as a world-class conscious business strategist, transformational coach, and best-selling author of Unbecoming You, Yuliana helps visionary women break free from stagnation, elevate their leadership, and create effortless success by combining soul-aligned strategy with energetic mastery. A psychic, medium, energy healer, and oracle, she brings a unique depth to business coaching, integrating financial acumen with intuitive guidance.

Beyond business, Yuliana is on a mission to eradicate gender-based violence and poverty, using wealth as a tool for empowerment.

Women will be emboldened to reclaim their self-worth so that they can show up authentically, heal inner wounds, and have it all in life on their own terms. Feeling worthless is no longer an OPTION!

And, they can stop martyring themselves to compensate for highly intrusive thoughts of being not good enough, so they can permanently end self-betrayal patterns of …

  • Allowing others to trespass their boundaries and lying to themselves by saying YES when their heart says NO out of feeling selfish.
  • Suffering needlessly for showing their care and love to others while neglecting themselves and denying your own needs and desires.
  • Fabricating excuses for tolerating others’ poor behaviours or even blaming themselves for being treated badly.
  • Putting themselves down as a failure by over-apologising and devaluing themselves while putting others on a pedestal.
  • Chasing perfection and succumbing to others’ validation, including listening to the monkey mind that says, “who do you think you are?”

Growing up in a fast-paced country like Indonesia where the ‘hustle’ culture is dominant, when did you realise that hustling isn’t the way to build a successful business and create a meaningful life?

I grew up watching my parents and grandparents work tirelessly in their business, 7 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week. From an early age, I believed hustling was the ultimate path to success.

That belief carried into my corporate career, where I became a relentless workaholic until burnout hit me hard. At that point, no amount of money or achievements could revive my soul. That experience was a turning point. I made a promise to myself: I would build a life on my own terms, one that aligned with my soul’s calling and redefined success beyond external validation.

What are some practices that you follow to stay present and maintain self-love and acceptance?

  1. I start my mornings with a coffee, a few minutes of journaling, then a simple walk, followed by 10 minutes of silence.
  2. During this silent time, I focus on deep breathing, which helps regulate the vagus nerve, the gateway to our nervous system’s balance. This practice brings me into a state of resonance, where my three intelligence centres—mind, heart, and gut fully align.
  3. Once I reach this state, I let my intuition speak. I often journal, allowing my inner wisdom to surface freely.

From this space, I experience the purest form of self-love—one that is unconditional and sourced from within. It’s a love, acceptance, and validation that comes from being, rather than from searching or chasing external approval.

We often talk about embracing our ‘authentic selves’, why do you think it’s also so important for businesses to embrace authenticity in everything that they do?

Authenticity is a currency in today’s world. Consumers are more intentional about where they spend their money, they seek brands that align with their values. Before making a purchase, we check reviews, social proof, and whether a business stands for something meaningful.

With the rise of social media and digital platforms, starting a business today requires far less capital than in previous generations. That means customers have more choices than ever, and they’re drawn to brands that feel real, purpose-driven, and aligned with their values, whether that’s through sustainability, ethical practices, or social impact.

Authenticity also creates a magnetic pull. When a brand is genuine about what it stands for, it naturally attracts customers who resonate with its mission. Business, at its core, is a relationship. And without authenticity, there is no true connection, no foundation to sustain long-term success.

What does ‘authenticity’ mean to you?

Authenticity is being true to yourself, allowing your soul to speak freely, without fear of rejection or the need for external validation. It’s about embracing who you are, unapologetically.

What are your top 3 tips and advice for women who are seeking their life’s purpose?

1) Rediscover your true identity

Do the inner work to unlearn the identities and roles you’ve adopted to meet others’ expectations. This self-exploration process requires quieting your inner critic so you can reconnect with your true essence.

2) Follow your curiosity

Give yourself permission to explore new passions, interests, and hobbies. Purpose is often revealed in the process of discovery, not in rigidly seeking one ‘perfect’ path.

3) Honor your energy and boundaries

  • “No” is a complete sentence—stop over-explaining your decisions.
  • Rest, solitude, and play are not luxuries; they are essential to sustainable success.
  • Hustling kills creativity. Your best ideas and intuitive insights emerge when you’re relaxed and open, not when you’re in constant motion.
